## Days group ## 

1. Sunday & Tuesday
2. Monday & Wednesday

1. 3 years - 5 years : from 3pm - 4pm
2. 6 years - 9 years : from 4:15pm - 5:30pm
3. 10 years & Above : from 5:30pm - 6:45pm

## TAEKWONDO Class Booking steps ##

1. Select the Group day of and timing (with this step automatically the group days will be selected)
2. Complete the “Booking form”  (if you would like have an online session, then please add a Note)
3. Submit your online booking

** NOTE: The online session link

• Will be sent within 2 hours of the registration completion (and payment)
• An email / whatsapp will be sent with the Online session details (link to access ZOOM session)

## Terms & Condition ##

1. Pre-Booking/Reservation is mandatory (MUST)
2. Booking are calculated for a 3 month registrations (adjustment will be applied considering the booked session date with the regular monthly billing cycle)
   • Any booking made after the first week of the month, then classes will be reserved for the remainder of the current month, plus the following month (e.g. registration made on 8-Sep-2020, then membership will be calculated from 7-Sep-2020 until 31-Dec-2020) hence, the fees will be calculated for this period accordingly.
   • Any unconsumed membership of 6 month or 12 months plan (registered before COVID-19) then the BOOKING ONLY is must (charges will be adjusted accordingly)
   • COVID-19 note: As per Bahrain Authority to close all activities from March - Aug 2020; hence, all stopped membership (who paid in advance)  will be compensated by attending the regular classes or the online session and the validity of each membership will resume from Sep 7, 2020 (for the remainder of each membership plan)
3. Invoice will be issued once the online booking is made
4. Payment to be done via Benefit Pay / Bank Transfer (details will be in the invoice once it is issued)
5. Session Duration: depends on the package selection (day / time and age group)
6. Membership will be auto-renewed for the following month of registration and the space will be automatically booked for the member; hence, if you would like to stop the membership, then please let us know 10 days prior to the end of the current membership month
